Information And Guidelines On How To Stop Divorce

By Areelitaha Joahlanski

The institution of marriage has been bounced around, thrown up, stomped on a few times, and then rinsed off and repeated. What have we done to a ceremonial process that is supposed to be about your desire to be with your loved one forever? Do people not realize that problems arise and need to be dealt with as a unit? Or have we lost what It means to actually value someone and something as much as that? The answer to that question at this point is rather hazy.

The stress usually comes from family, friends, or even perhaps your religious beliefs. None of which are good reasons to actually make the commitment. They are in fact really poor reasons to take the step towards marriage. These will almost always end in failure and cause more pain than they would have originally if both parties only spoke their mind. The most important thing by far to consider in any relationship headed towards the aspects of marriage is communication and actual willingness to communicate not just saying you will.

Without effective levels of communication things are naturally going to become overlooked and then later blown out of proportion. This happens because one person usually ends up completely hating the other person for whatever reason they have been keeping bottled up.

It isn't puppy love, or love based on pregnancy, or a desire to please ones family. It is an important choice and should be considered as such. We need to stop treating it as a fun past time or an event that naturally happens whenever we feel the need to do something.

The act and process of divorce is extremely detrimental to the household and any children that are involved. Divorce is not a pretty situation. It really is quite a nasty process to go through for anyone especially those that do not feel like divorce is really the answer. It is a completely different situation if both parties are agreed that it is in fact the best situation and children don't happen to be involved in the process. Generally however both parties aren't in fact in agreement and children happen to be used and end up getting divided from their family. This can cause long drawn out problems for the child or children throughout life. It really is quite a damaging process to the people and the children involved.

It is important that marriage be held up on the pedestal that it deserves. If couples aren't ready to actually be wed then they need to consider other options before finalizing the process.
